'Teen Wolf' season 6 spoilers, update: Fan-favorite character dies; Ghost Riders are the new villains
There are just a few more weeks left until "Teen Wolf" returns for its season 6. But even though it has not yet arrived, fans are not left in the dark as teasers and spoilers have made its way all over the web. Executive producer Jeff Davis also revealed some essential details during the New York Comic Con last weekend.
According to reports, the final installment of the series will be the most emotional of all. It will introduce its newest villains, the Ghost Rider team, who will be arriving in Beacon Hills to erase the memories and existence of people. The promo trailer showed a couple of scenes featuring the terrifying Ghost Riders and their first victim, an innocent family.
Just when Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) and Scott (Tyler Posey) were about to end their time as protectors of the city, this new villain will pop out of nowhere and once again disrupt the peace. It's also said that the new villains will target Stiles and Peter (Ian Bohen) but it is not yet known what their motives are.
Reports also detailed that a major death will be coming in the series. Davis teased that viewers should expect a fan-favorite character to die in one of the upcoming episodes. He did not reveal who it would be but there is already a hit list for the final season. He also said that it may not only be one death but two or more.
Fans can expect some bad and good deaths by the end of the sixth season. Moreover, Scott will be single when the show returns. Since Arden Cho is no longer returning to reprise her role as Scott's lover Kira, Scott will be on his own for a while.
Still, it won't be long until he finds romance again. Melissa (Melissa Ponzio) will also be falling in love soon amid the chaos. "Teen Wolf" season 6 will premiere Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 9 p.m. EDT on MTV.
