'The 100' news, spoilers and release date: Danger, violence and pregnancy in new season?
With a new season of "The 100" fast approaching, fans are expecting a lot of violence to challenge the tough characters of the series.
After a sad season of "The 100," there is a lot of curiosity as to what kind of madness will take place in season 4. The death of a beloved character Lexa, played by Alycia Debnam-Carey, shook up fans, making them worried about who else could be killed off in the upcoming episodes.
It was teased that the fourth season of "The 100" will present many dangers and violence. Such happenings are said to bring characters many obstacles that will surely challenge their limits. One of the show's stars, Eliza Taylor explained that though her character Clarke is expecting a lot of dangers ahead, she hopes that she will have some time to heal.
"She didn't get a chance to do so [last season]. It was like, Lexa passed away and then, OK, now we have to save the world - again! So I hope there's time to grieve, I do. Whether or not, that happens though? Or whether or not, it's shown? I don't know. It will be happening internally, always," Taylor said during the San Diego Comic-Con,
Aside from that, another rumor arose that Octavia, played by Marie Avgeropoulos, will be pregnant in the upcoming season.
A source indicated, "No photos of Marie today as it is too big a spoiler, not to mention who she is with! For those wondering, sounds like Octavia might be getting new man in her life, but no one replaces Lincoln (Ricky Whittle)."
However, there has yet to be any confirmation on who exactly will be expecting in the season ahead. With that, fans will have to wait for more news on the next season of "The 100."
"The 100" season 4 will premiere next year on The CW.
