Ben Affleck may be tired of answering questions regarding "The Batman," but by now he should be used to the unending inquiries. That's the price he has to pay for directing and starring in a big-budget film that's garnering a lot of attention. He'll rather talk about his new film "Live by Night," but he just can't avoid the questions about his DC Extended Universe (DCEU) project.

In an interview with Cineplex Magazine, Affleck talked about the status of "The Batman" and he said they were still working on it, but it's looking good so far. He also told USA Today that the process of making a superhero film was just different from any other film he has made before.

"Superhero movies get the level of attention that is nothing like any film I've done. You cast the 14th lead in these movies and the Internet goes crazy. I understand and embrace that. That's part of the pressure that comes with doing it. That's why I am not going to do it, unless I really feel confident about it. But when that day comes, should that day come, I'm sure that's going to be the most pressure, the most stress I have ever experienced in my professional life. There's no doubt," he said.

In the interview with USA Today, Affleck also revealed that he wants to modify Batman's suit to make it more comfortable. After all, he's going to spend hours in that suit. Furthermore, he can't simply walk away after finishing a scene because he's also directing the film. He has to be on the set at all times, so he wants a suit that's easier to put on and take off.

Well, 2017 is going to a very busy year for Affleck. Hopefully, he can deliver the Batman film that fans want to see. "The Batman" still doesn't have an official release date.
