'The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers, Plot News for March 16 to 18: Wyatt Asks Quinn Not to Rush into Marriage

During last Friday's episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful," Rick and Carter toasted to the end of Rick and Caroline's marriage, as the divorce became final. Rick said he would find a way to continue working with Caroline, adding that the divorce might make things easier.

Carter, who presided over the wedding, was still trying to ask Rick whether there was something that could still be done to stop the divorce, but Rick said if he and Caroline were the right people for each other, then Caroline should never have betrayed him. When Carter left, Rick held the divorce papers as flashbacks of his marriage to Caroline filled his mind.

Meanwhile Eric called a meeting with the staff to discuss the quarterly report. The numbers were undisputed, but there were discussions about Rick's approach and Eric agreed that Rick could improve. The numbers showed Rick was worthy as CEO. Eric realized it could be because of Rick's relationship with Maya.

Pam thought Ridge should be in charge, but it was pointed out that Eric had an issue with Ridge and whatever Rick did, Eric would trust him more. Ridge said Maya was also untouchable.

Back at Rick's house, Maya and Nicole argued. Maya wanted Nicole to move out eventually and Nicole refused to do so, in the end saying that if Maya insisted, she would tell Rick what she knew about the real Maya. Maya yelled back at Nicole, saying she should never tell Rick what she knew.
