Bethesda may still be silent about the development of the "The Elder Scrolls 6," but speculations claim that the game might still come out soon.

In an interview with Glixel, game creator Todd Howard mentioned that he has no intention to stop developing new installments of "The Elder Scrolls" or "Fallout" games anytime soon. "They're worlds that we really love. I would be sad if we stopped. We want to do other things as well, but those are worlds that are part of who I am," Howard stated.

Howard also revealed in an interview earlier this year that while they are still looking forward to working on the sequel of "The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim," it might not happen anytime soon.

"And we actually have two other large projects we're also doing that are bigger than anything we've done," the Bethesda director said as reported by Digital Spy. "People will probably hear about those probably even before 'Elder Scrolls 6.' And that'll make sense many years from now," he continued.

A report from NeuroGadget speculates that it may still take a while before the game developers could come out with a new installment of "The Elder Scrolls."

According to the report, Bethesda might be developing a new game engine for the soon-to-be-released "The Elder Scrolls 6" to let them upgrade the game's mechanics and graphics easily. This could mean that they are planning to release the next "The Elder Scrolls" game with a 4K resolution support.

The report also claims that the rumored "The Elder Scrolls 6" will introduce a new map. According to speculations, the game developer might be centering the new game in a place called Argonia where the Argonian race lives. This will give the game the title "The Elder Scrolls VI: Argonia." However, the game studio has yet to confirm the rumors.
