'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season 7 spoilers, rumors: Dorit stirs up major conflict; one Housewife to come clean about addiction?

Another major confrontation arises on the upcoming episode of Bravo's hit reality show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 7.

Titled "Amnesia Appetizers," next week's episode will see a confrontation at a luncheon. According to the official synopsis, Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle go out together and discuss female rejuvenation with a plastic surgeon. Elsewhere, Lisa Rinna and Erika meet Eden, the daughter of hairstyling icon and businessman Vidal Sassoon.

Dorit invites the ladies over to a dinner party at her home when tensions begin to arise when she and her husband PK question Lisa Rinna and Eileen's grieving decisions. After being confronted, Dorit suddenly remembers nothing about the incident — leading to a heated argument at a luncheon at Camille Grammer's new mansion in Malibu.

Meanwhile, rumor has it that one of the "RHOBH" stars will come clean about her addiction issues this season. As noted by reports, a show insider claims that the Housewives will confront one of their own whom they believe is addicted to Xanax, a prescription pill mostly used for the treatment of anxiety and panic disorders.

"There will be major fireworks surrounding her issue and the other Housewives will try to help her deal with this. People pop Xanax when they're stressed out," the source said, adding, "And let's face it, there has never been a shortage of drama when it comes to the ladies of Beverly Hills."

It's unclear who among the ladies is struggling with addiction, but this is certainly not new to the series. Previously, "RHOBH" has addressed Kim Richards' drug and alcohol issues. The 52-year-old recently finished her time in rehab, and she is now reportedly making an effort to stay sober. Some speculate that the said Housewife battling addiction is newcomer Eden, but the businesswoman has been sober for four years now.
