Drama is brewing in The Garden State after "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga's boutique has temporarily closed its doors.

According to reports, The Envy by Melissa Gorga is closed for the meantime after the reality star had a "difference of opinion" with her business partner Jackie Beard Robinson. Rumors about the Montclair, NJ retailer shutting its doors after only a year of operation began when customers noticed that the entire shop was empty. In a press statement, the Bravo star's rep explained the boutique's status and announced that it will reopen in a few weeks with a new inventory.

"Melissa Gorga is and has always been an owner of the Envy by Melissa Gorga boutique," Gorga's rep said, adding, "Melissa and Jackie have had a difference of opinion on how the store should be run and at this point Jackie is no longer involved in managing the boutique, but Melissa intends to maintain the success of the boutique by managing on it her own, and she is excited to open with a new inventory of Spring fashions."

A reliable source told E! News that Robinson took The Envy's inventory and brought it to another shop in the area. It turns out that "RHONJ" viewers may be familiar with the new location: Kim DePaola's Posche store. It is reported that Gorga and Robinson's conflict began when the singer/designer disagreed with Robinson over running the business and spending.

Aside from Gorga, DePaola also gave her take on the issue and said Robinson was the "real owner all along." She mentioned that all items, down to the store's furniture and decorations are gone. The boutique owner stressed that Robinson took everything from Gorga's shop "because she owns it." DePaola also confirmed that the new Posche in Allendale, NJ will have an Envy liquidation sale soon. Robinson has yet to comment on the issue.
