'The Sims 4' DLC news update 2016: Vampire expansion leaked; creepy animations shown

It looks like "The Sims 4" is getting a vampire-themed downloadable content (DLC) pack in the future and it appears that Electronic Arts (EA) is already preparing for its purported imminent release.

Animations from the purported game pack were shown off by a dedicated "The Sims" page going by the name NBTS4 in a clip posted on YouTube.

The purported "The Sims 4" vampire DLC clip shows a Sim doing a spine-chilling walk with her hands positioned in a creepy way. She also appeared to have aged rapidly and sunlight did massive damage on her.

The last one is believed to be referred to as death by sunlight, which was referenced in the game files. The vampires will reportedly also have alternative forms like that of the aliens.

The existence of such animations has many believing that "The Sims 4" vampire DLC pack is coming really soon. When exactly it will arrive remains to be seen. More importantly, they also appear to have some hidden skill.

A few days ago, other vampire-related tweaks such as red eyes and other new icons dedicated to creating vampires out the Sims in "The Sims 4."

"The Sims" franchise has a history of receiving vampire-themed add-ons. In fact, the creatures are fan-favorites and are always anticipated highly by many gamers.

Vampires are always mixed with night life or city-themed DLCs, which is why many were expecting that the supernatural creatures will finally be added in "The Sims 4" in the "City Living" expansion from last month.

However, it looks like EA has something else planned for the sun-hating creatures. The possibility of the DLC being a full-on vampire add-on suggests that there will be a lot to get out of this "The Sims 4" DLC pack.

The vampire DLC for "The Sims 4" is yet to be officially announced by EA but it should be made available soon.
