'The Sims 4' latest news & updates: Won't be coming to consoles? Gets uncensored WickedWoohoo mod

"The Sims 4" fans are beginning to lose hope that the life simulation video game will ever be released for other gaming platforms.

Unlike previous installments in the series which were all made available for consoles a few years after they were released for PC, EA has yet to make such announcemets for "The Sims 4." Should EA announce that it will not be releasing "The Sims 4" for consoles, it would end a decade-long tradition for the video game developer.

Nonetheless, in July, "The Sims 4" senior producer Lyndsay Pearson addressed the rumors that the video game's console release is imminent.

"I want to clarify that we have no plans for a console version of 'The Sims 4' anytime in the near future," Pearson wrote on Twitter. "Ignore the rumors," she urged.

While this statement may have disappointed many gamers who were hoping that they would soon be able to play "The Sims 4," Pearson's reference to the "near future" also reassured fans that EA is still considering the possibility of creating a console version.

Apart from all the talk about "The Sims 4" coming to consoles, Neurogadget noted that there are also rumors about a potential console version of "The Sims 5" and the possibility of the upcoming game being shipped with the next generation of gaming consoles.

Meanwhile, a completely uncensored user mod called WickedWoohoo released earlier this year was recently updated to include a wide variety of sexual and sex-related acts for "The Sims 4."

The expansion pack, which was created by a user who goes by the handle Turbodriver, offered a long list of animations and interactions, including exhibitionism and group sex.

According to its creator (via Kotaku), "WickedWoohoo has fully implemented exhibitionism skill that decides what you can do. Every level unlocks new possibilities as your Sim gains more confidence. To start, just change into more revealing outfit or admire yourself in a mirror."
