'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for week of Nov. 21: Travis proposes to Victoria; Chelsea falls for Nick

Travis (Michael Roark) is going to drop a bomb in "The Young and the Restless." 

According to spoilers, Travis will pop the question to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in the middle of Chancellor Park. Victoria will be so surprised with the romantic gesture as she did not expect that to happen so soon. But Travis already wants to take their relationship to the next level because regardless of whether he cheated or not, he still loves Victoria.

The problem though is that Travis' motive for the rushed proposal is to make things right. He messed up when he cheated on Victoria with his ex-girlfriend, Michelle (Kelly Frye). Victoria has no idea yet but things are bound to be discovered soon and Victoria is expected to be appalled with Travis once she finds out that he only proposed to her because he cheated.

Spoilers also say that Victoria will feel like she's not yet ready for another marriage. For someone who already had a divorce, she just wants to make sure that she is fully prepared. Victoria will think that she doesn't know much about Travis yet. There's still a lot that she has to learn about him and that may be a factor as to why Victoria will hold her answer to Travis' proposal.

Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) will hear about Travis' proposal. He knows about Travis' cheating scandal and now he is torn between telling Victoria about it and keeping things to himself. He is a little hesitant to reveal the truth to Victoria though because he has a gut feeling that she won't believe him. But he may find a way to let Travis admit it himself.

He will push Victoria to ask about Travis and Michelle. Billy will save himself while Travis will be put in hot water. If Travis and Victoria are at risk of falling apart, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will be falling in love.

Spoilers suggest that Chelsea will be spending more time with Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Sharon (Sharon Case) will notice it. She will observe the two getting closer. Will Chelsea admit her feelings for Nick?
