'Titanfall 2' release date news and updates: Several game issues during beta test; Game changes to be made before final release date?

The upcoming first-person shooter video game "Titanfall 2" has already been released; however, it is only a test version. On its final test week, many players have complained about its gameplay. Other issues have also emerged since game developer Respawn Entertainment and game publisher Electronic Arts rolled out the beta test of the title. Nonetheless, several players have continued to play the game.

According to a report by Forbes, the game developer has already made some changes in the game including a Titan timer and faster pilots. The beta test has ended yesterday and the game has received mixed reviews from fans and critics.

"Overall, I enjoyed the second weekend quite a bit, and find myself looking forward to the full game's release on October 28th, though I do think some of the changes from the original game are unfortunate," Forbes said in a report. "Chief among these is the missing Attrition mode, which pitted teams of Pilots and Titans alongside their AI henchmen against one another."

According to Game N Guide, one of the comments that came from the players is in the gameplay itself. Apparently, fans did not like the idea that "Titanfall 2" has a totally different gameplay than the original game. According to the report, players did not appreciate the sluggish movements of both the Pilot and the Titan.

Although there is still room for improvements, the game developer may no longer have much time to make adjustments especially that the upcoming title has already been scheduled for an Oct. 28 release.

The game will be available on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. It is also currently available for preorders online. According to reports, "Titanfall 2" will come out in two versions – the standard and deluxe. The deluxe version of the sequel will arrive with an $89.99, while the standard version will be sold at a lesser price of $69.99.
