'Uncharted 4' DLC 'The Lost Legacy' news: last chance to buy the DLC pack at a cheaper price
Naughty Dog graced the PlayStation Experience with several grand announcements that have left the fans looking forward to the upcoming titles to be given updates. The game developer revealed three of their upcoming titles — "The Last of Us 2," "Crash Bandicoot" and "Uncharted 4" — will have updates or downloadable contents (DLCs).
Nathan Drake fans will soon get a new pack that includes the latest expansion of "Uncharted 4." As per the Naughty Dog website, the upcoming DLC can be obtained at a more affordable price. The developer wrote:
"If you picked up the Uncharted 4 Digital Deluxe Edition or the Explorer's Pack, you'll get The Lost Legacy as a download at launch. Both versions will only be available until December 13, so don't miss your chance to get 'Uncharted 4' and 'The Lost Legacy' at an amazing value."
This statement has caused confusion among fans since "The Lost Legacy" is recognized as a DLC and is included in the Explorer's Pack. Therefore, when the title launches, those who have already bought the game's Digital Deluxe Edition and Explorer's Pack will get the DLC for free.
Unfortunately, both packs will not be available on the shelves after today, Dec. 13. Once the two packs are removed, players have to buy "The Lost Legacy" as an individual title. The Explorer's Pack is available for $24.99. This should be grabbed by players, especially those who have not availed themselves of the Season Pass.
The "Uncharted 4" Explorer's Pack includes all the game expansions, aside from additional 3,200 Uncharted points. The pack was released as a replacement of the Triple Pack Expansion.
At this hour, the Explorer's Pack is still up for grabs. Once it becomes unavailable, players will have to get "The Lost Legacy" as a standalone title, though there is no revealed price as of the moment. Gamers forecast that it could be more than $9.99.
