WWE rumors update: Another WWE superstar suspended

Proving to the world that they are serious about their wellness policy, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced that they are suspending another superstar effective immediately.

According to the official WWE page, the company has decided to suspend women's superstar Paige for 30 days after it was revealed that she tested positive for a substance which isn't allowed as stipulated in the talent wellness policy.

Known as Saraya-Jade Bevis in real life, Paige is a very popular figure but will not see action for a month.

Game Spot also reported on the matter and was quick to point out that Paige is romantically linked to another WWE star Alberto Del Rio.

This is notable because Del Rio is also suspended for violating the wellness policy and will also be out for 30 days.

At the moment, the exact details of their grounds for suspension are unknown to the public, but the wellness policy is known to cover a large area — from cardiovascular and brain function testing to substance and drug abuse.

The WWE has made sure they are able to track down superstars who violate this policy, and they do not care if the star is one of the biggest in the company or a mid-card talent.

Roman Reigns was one big name that was suspended for violating the same policy, and the WWE is adamant that their stiff rule will be followed.

As for Paige, she will definitely be back, and this will be a small footnote to what is a good career so far.

The 24-year-old became the Divas Champion twice in her career and was one of the best coming out of the WWE NXT as she won the Women's Championship tournament in 2013.

At the moment, there is still no message coming from Paige's camp, but fans should expect something from them in the coming days.
