Xperia Z4 Release Date: Sony Device Hitting the Market

Sony is launching a new mobile device. When the rumors about this first surfaced in Japan, some observers immediately jumped to the conclusion that it would be the Sony Xperia Z4, now seems to be the case.

It was powered by the latest Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm along with 3GB RAM. As for its display, it will have a Sony Triluminos 5.1-inch full HD version.

As for its build, the device is said to be a full-metal phone with a glass back panel similar to the Xperia Z3.

If all the rumors proved to be true, the Sony Xperia Z4 could turn out to resemble the Huawei P8.

The Sony device will reportedly come with a fingerprint scanner which the Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6 already have. However, Sony is said to be trying something different and had incorporated the scanner into the power key found on the side of the device.

Sony could face a big challenge as the power key is housed on the side of the slim chassis. If Sony does manage to carry it off successfully, users will be able to use the scanner when making payments and will be able to turn it on without the device falling out of their hands.
