'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 44 spoilers, plot news: Goten and Trunks taken to another planet

Everything appears to be going just fine in Akira Toriyama's popular anime series, "Dragon Ball Super." After the intense battle of Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and Majin Buu in the recently concluded Universe 6 versus Universe 7 tournament, the Z fighters are now enjoying a relaxation time as they celebrate their triumph over Universe 6.

The God of Destruction of Universe 7, Beerus, seems to be happy with the result of the tournament and he is not planning anything mischievous as of the meantime. However, Goku and Vegeta may be up for another challenge as their sons, Goten and Trunks, will be trapped inside a spaceship and transported to another planet.

The upcoming Episode 44 of "Dragon Ball Super" titled "The Seal of Planet Potaufeu. Secret of the Unleashed Superhuman Water!" will pick up after the events of Goku's misbehaving ki.

In the previous episode, Goku acquired the so-called delayed onset ki syndrome due to the overuse of his power during the tournament. This caused Goku's ki to act "weird," thus creating an inconvenient living condition in the household.

Meanwhile, Monaka, Goku's teammate in Universe 7, was revealed to be a delivery man and not a powerful fighter that Beerus made him appear to be. While he visited Bulma's house to deliver a package, Goten and Trunks approached Monaka's spaceship. They played around the space vehicle until they got tired and fell asleep.

Monaka took quite some time before returning to his spaceship because Bulma asked for his help with some experiment. As he went to his vehicle to leave Earth, he did not notice that Goten and Trunks are also in the spacecraft.

The preview for Episode 44 reveals that Goten and Trunks are in for a galactic adventure as they will be transported to an unknown planet due to their mischievous behavior. They will find themselves in Planet Potaufeu.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode states that the planet is home to a mystical source of power. This source is the "Superhuman Water," and it is believed that anyone who will drink the miraculous water will acquire power, although it is unknown what exact ability the water can give to a person. Back on Earth, Vegeta will be following Goten and Trunks to Planet Potaufeu to save the kids.
