'Fairy Tail' chapters 514, 515 spoilers: Next chapter reveals Erza's origins as Natsu finally wakes up

The revealing story of Irene and Erza's interconnected pasts continues in the next chapter of the Japanese manga series "Fairy Tail."

Aside from being Erza's estranged mother, Irene has also revealed herself to be the queen of the Dragon of Virtue, Belserion, and the creator of the Dragon Slayer Magic in the previously published chapter 514 titled "The Dragon Seed." What other shocking truths does the Scarlet Despair have in store for her daughter?

"Fairy Tail" chapter 515 titled "I Am You... You Are Me" is expected to focus on the circumstances of Erza's birth, Irene's gradual transformation into a dragon as a consequence of the Dragon Slayer Magic she created, and the eventual separation of mother and daughter. Irene will also have to explain how it is that she has not aged a day despite being more than 400 years old.

But most importantly, how will these revelations affect Erza's impression of her supposed adversary? Will knowing that Irene was the mother who abandoned her fuel Erza's determination to bring the Scarlet Despair down, or will Irene's reasons for leaving her daughter ease some of the Fairy Tail mage's resentment? Could it still be possible for Erza to sway her mother's allegiance and give Irene a chance to redeem herself, or is it completely too late for forgiveness?

Natsu's journey through his heart is also about to end with a variety of familiar faces leading him there. What will he find at the end of his journey, and how will this affect him when he finally wakes up? There are speculations that Mavis, Fairy Tail guild's first generation master may get involved and use her illusion magic to conjure up an image of Lucy as the final guide inside Natsu's heart, which could subsequently wake Natsu up.

There have also been rumors that the manga series may be nearing its end as more game-changing revelations arise to bring the Fairy Tail guild to their final battle against the Alvarez Empire, and the impending rematch between brothers, Zeref and Natsu.
