'Grimm' season 6 spoilers: Monroe and Rosalee meet Diana

A promotional still from "Grimm" | NBC/Scott Green

After teasing the highly anticipated "Grimm" season 6 premiere, NBC is now ready to spill the beans on the second episode, "Trust Me Not."

At the beginning of "Grimm" season 6, Nick (David Giuntoli) becomes a fugitive on the run from Renard (Sasha Roiz), who is determined to kill him no matter what it takes.

In the second episode, Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) continue to find ways to hold off Renard and at the same time get ahead of him, a task that is proving to be more and more difficult to pull off.

The synopsis for "Grimm" season 6, episode 2 also mentions Adalind (Claire Coffee), who "receives a phone call that throws her into the middle of everything."

From the looks of it, Adalind may have resigned to her tragic fate, but will be roped back into the fray. It was bound to happen anyway, since her daughter Diana (Hannah R. Loyd) is following her father's footsteps and doing her own reign of terror.

In "Grimm" season 6, episode 2, new parents Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) will meet Renard and Adalind's powerful daughter.

The synopsis teases that Diana will demonstrate her power, suggesting that Monroe and Rosalee's baby could be in serious danger. Suddenly, moving out of Portland becomes tempting.

Running into Diana is never a good thing as she is yet to learn how to control her powers and she also has the affinity to kill, a dangerous combination.

That being said, Monroe and Rosalee are in big trouble in "Grimm" season 6, episode 2. Should they make it out alive, the couple could end up being more single-minded when it comes to their approach in raising their kid.

"Grimm" season 6 premiering Friday, Jan. 6, on NBC, will mark the end of the series. There will only be 13 episodes so expect fast-paced, action-packed episodes.
