iOS 9.3 jailbreak release date news update: Beware of fake jailbreak tools; Partial 9.3 jailbreak reportedly tested by Pangu

Since Apple released the iOS 9.2, many iPhone and iPad users have been waiting for an applicable jailbreak tool to tweak the settings of their devices and probably lift the system restrictions imposed by Apple itself. However, iOS 9.3 was already released and so were its succeeding follow-up updates, still the much-awaited jailbreak software for newer Apple operating systems was a no-show.

There were reports that TaiG has finally come up with the jailbreak tool to bypass the iOS 9.3 system and the software is already making rounds on the internet, available for download. To note, there is no confirmed jailbreak software released by TaiG or any other group, and there's a chance that a few people may have let a destructive malware content in their devices by getting a fake jailbreak tool.

Apple recently released the beta version of iOS 9.3.2, a precursor to the minor update that intends to fix the bugs left unresolved by the 9.3.1 update. The iOS 9.3.1 was already meant to solve issues from the original iOS 9.3, although there are more rooms for improvement to make the system more stable. As one report from the MobiPicker noted, the iOS 9.3.1 is a good firmware release that offered several bug fixes. However, releasing a jailbreak tool version for 9.3.1 will not be efficient due to the impending release of iOS 9.3.2. As the upcoming iOS update is going to include more system changes, an iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak will be more stable.

MobiPicker also learned that the news about the latest iOS jailbreak tool was fake. The website where the information came from is an imitation website of TaiG. TaiG is a group of tech experts who has contributed to the previous iOS jailbreak versions. The fake source, TaigG9.com, claimed that TaiG's competitor in jailbreak releases, Team PanGu, has recently upgraded the old iOS 9.0-9.2 jailbreak tool to be compatible with the most recent iOS. It already seems unlikely that TaiG will promote PanGu's projects on their own website, thus implying that the website itself and all the details on it are fake and unreliable.

Those who heard the fake iOS latest jailbreak tool may have already searched for it online and downloaded the fake one. MobiPicker warned the people that these fake jailbreak tools will do more harm than good in their devices, as the software has destructive malware content.

One good news at this point is that PanGu may come up with a latest and real iOS jailbreak tool soon. Tampa Bay Review reported that the Chinese team has discovered a partial jailbreak for the latest Apple OS known as iOS 9.x. It may not take too long until a full jailbreak release happens soon.

The same report also noted that while Apple may have succeeded making iOS 9.3 secured enough to avoid jailbreaking, there was an instance where the latest Apple OS was shown susceptible to a jailbreak. An Italian hacker named Luca demonstrated his own means of jailbreaking the iOS 9.3, though the jailbreak tool itself is still being developed.
