Justin Bieber testifies Bethel Music worship song puts his heart and soul at ease

The third track on pop singer Justin Bieber's most frequently listened to songs on his iPod is "No Longer Slaves" by Bethel Music, the same song that Bieber said puts his heart and soul at ease.

"This song puts my heart and soul at ease," Bieber wrote on his Instagram account with a screenshot of the track "No Longer Slaves" by Jonathan and Melissa Helser of Bethel Music, a group of worship music artists from Bethel Church in Redding, California.

This wouldn't be the first time Bieber has publicly expressed his love for the particular song, though. Almost a year ago, the 22-year-old Canadian artist revealed in a Cosmopolitan interview 21 things people didn't know about him. Among the revelations is the top three songs on the singer's iPod. In his interview, Justin quoted a song each from Lil Wayne, Drake, and Bethel Music.

"Top three songs on my iPod: 'Too Hollygrove to Go,' 'Hollywood,' 'No Longer Slaves,'" the article quoted him as saying.

In his review of Bieber's concert in Staples Center on Nov. 13, 2015, Mikael Wood of L.A. Times wrote how the singer made the pop concert feel more like a megachurch service.

"Between the skateboarding and the singing, though, Bieber sat on a stool next to Judah Smith, the man described as his pastor, and more or less preached," Wood wrote.

Last year, Bieber also shared a popular worship song, "This is Living" by Hillsong featuring LeCrae.

"This reminds me how amazing life is supposed to be..if you are discouraged listen to this song it will bring you supernatural pace, at least it did for me! #stepoutonfaith," the singer posted on Instagram, with a screenshot of the track.

On another post, Bieber uploaded a video that captured him singing "Awesome God" alongside Hillsong NYC Pastor Carl Lentz and Trinity Church Pastor Rich Wilkerson.

Bieber was reportedly baptized by Lentz in 2014.
