According to spoilers, the first episode in "Madam Secretary" season 3 will be titled "Sea Change" and it will involve Elizabeth urging President Conrad Dalton (Keith Carradine) to make some changes in his approach to climate change as well as in his overall foreign policy. This comes after a storm hit a naval based in Bahrain and Elizabeth believes that such changes may be the solution to the issue.
However, the President will be torn because this change could put his re-election campaign at risk.
