Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced the next batch of characters to join the "One Piece: Burning Blood" via downloadable content (DLC).

In a new trailer released by the gaming giant, Marine vice admiral, Monkey D. Garp, who also happens to be Luffy's grandfather, was added along with the mad scientist Caesar Clown.

The characters were chosen by fans through a survey held by Bandai Namco, in which they asked which characters they would like to see in action as part of the first "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC.

A bit of gameplay involving Monkey D. Garp and Caesar Clown was shown in the video. The Hero of the Marines was seen brawling it out with his grandson, Luffy.

Caesar Clown, the so-called evil scientist, also fought Luffy in the "One Piece: Burning Blood" DLC trailer. The character is expected to use the Logia Gas-Gas Fruit during battle.

As fans know, the scientist ate this Devil Fruit and gave him the ability to create, manipulate and transform gas into anything sinister at will.

The duo's addition to "One Piece: Burning Blood" was first revealed last month. There were screenshots of them in action released along with the initial announcement.

Monkey D. Garp and Caesar Clown will be great characters in the field, thanks to the former's wide variety of abilities and the latter's magic.

The characters will be available in the "One Piece: Burning Blood" Gold Pack 3 on Dec. 22. Those who own the Wanted Pack 2, Gold Pack, or Gold Edition will get them for free in an upcoming update.

Gold Pack 3 is the third DLC set to be released for the fighting game. The first two were the Gold Movie Pack 1 released in August 2016 and the Gold Movie Pack 2 found its way to "One Piece: Burning Blood" back in September.
