The new game trailer for "Overwatch" gave the people a glimpse of how the team of heroes was formed. The trailer also shows the adversaries that the players can expect to come face to face once the final version of the game is released. The video features Winston, a gorilla with an exceptional intelligence and human-like skills. He is the one narrating in the trailer, where he tells the backstory of their world in a humorous way.

It was revealed that the "Overwatch" team was formed in order to stop the villainous Omnics from causing devastation in the world. The team was revealed to be formed for the first time 30 years ago, and through the years, people have praised and adored the heroes for saving the world against the Omnics.

However, the world no longer sees the importance of the Overwatch after the war. From the well-loved heroes, they are now branded as criminals who are up to no good. As the world is again facing another threat, Winston said in the trailer that people will once again need their help while all the 21 playable characters are previewed, the Polygon reported.
