Sony's next console is the PlayStation 4 Pro, which will be able to display a 4K output. This brand new console boasts of spectacular graphics and enhanced gameplay. It is expected to launch this November.

At the PlayStation even held last Sept. 7, Sony confirmed that the device will not be launched before the PS virtual reality (VR) gadget.

With 4K support, the console should have no trouble hosting graphic-heavy games. The device will also be able to play videos in High Dynamic Range (HDR). Netflix and YouTube are reportedly developing applications that will suit the 4K display of the PS4 Pro.

According to PC Advisor, the graphics are only slightly better than standard PS4 console. The company previously shared clips from games such as "Spider-Man" and "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" using the latest consoles.

When asked about 4K gaming on the PS4 Pro, Sony boss Andrew House told Digital Spy, "I would say the majority will be upscaled – at least based on the game portfolio I have seen to date."

A few of the games that will be enhanced and might be playable in the PS4 Pro are "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," "The Elder Scrolls Online," "Fallout 4," and "Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor."

According to reports, developers of the aforementioned games will be enhancing the respective titles' graphics in order for it to be able support 4K resolution. Meanwhile, "Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor will reportedly have a 1080 p display as well as a super sampling and anti-aliasing feature.

Aside from the above-mentioned video games, reports said that the following games will also be revamped for 4K display: "For Honor," "Ghost Recon: Wildlands," "Horizon: First Light," "Killing Floor 2," "The Last of Us: Remastered," "Mass Effect: Andromeda," "Middle Earth" and "Shadow of Mordor."

Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro will be available to gamers starting Thursday, Nov. 10. The device is currently available for pre-order at GAME and Amazon. Both retailers are selling the console for $399.
