Following the release of the latest Samsung flagship smartphone early this year, fans and critics have already started several rumors about the new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge. According to reports, the new handset will come out with a 5.5-inch screen with 4K UHD capability.

Samsung is said to use its new Bio Blue technology on the new Galaxy S model. The new feature has recently been unveiled by the Korean tech giant. According to reports, the technology will improve the display feature of a device, making it more power efficient and more vivid compared to the current Super AMOLED screens. Tech observers believe that a 4K capable Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge will surely dominate the smartphone market today.

The current OLED screens from Samsung have been known to be pretty effective in terms of battery efficiency; however, the Bio Blue technology works even better.

According to Nashville Chatter, the new Samsung feature would help decrease the blue light levels down to six percent. It has been known that prolong exposure to blue light can damage the eyesight of a person. If rumors prove to be true, Samsung is definitely in the right direction in terms of smartphone innovation.

Meanwhile, there are also speculations suggesting that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will also get the same Bio Blue technology. However, the screen size of the rumored phablet makes it impossible for the feature. Apparently, the new technology suits perfectly for handsets with smaller display size.

According to a report by Phone Radar, the Samsung's 4K UHD Bio Blue screen production will start in the next few months. It will definitely be used for Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Edge, which is expected to come out early next year. The new Bio Blue technology will also give better VR user experience once the Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge hits the market.
