"Scream Queens" recently released a trailer that gave fans a quick peek of the show's major cast for the next season. It featured, among others, lead stars Emma Roberts as Chanel Oberlin, Lea Michele as Hester Ulrich and the latest members Taylor Lautner as Dr. Cassidy Cascade and John Stamos as Dr. Brock Holt.

FOX Network's horror-comedy television show will show the Chanels in medical school, wherein they will most likely learn a thing or two that doesn't have to do with medicine.

In the trailer, the Chanels were lying on gurneys while they were being transferred to certain areas of the hospital. Dr. Cascade brought Libby Putney aka Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) to a room and then they started making out. The same goes for Dr. Holt and Sadie Swenson aka Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd).

For those who didn't catch "Scream Queens" at last month's San Diego Comic-Convention, Stamos told the audience, "Right away we get into some romance on the show."

The Chanels looked as perky and pink as ever. But towards the end of the trailer, Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) introduced a masked Ulrich to Oberlin. This reminded everyone that "Scream Queens" is a horror show too, and a good one at that. What made the scene beyond creepy is how Ulrich was wearing what appeared to be Hannibal Lecter's mask.

International Business Times suggested that Munsch will be hiring a formal serial killer. In addition, the Chanels will be brought back to the asylum to assist Munsch in its upkeep. The news outlet revealed that the hospital will serve as a setting for multiple murders and the characters will eventually be seen as potential suspects.

According to E! News, "Sliders" alum Jerry O'Connell, "Teen Wolf" alum Colton Haynes, and "Saturday Night Live" cast members Cecily Strong and Cheri Oteri will be guest starring this season.

"Scream Queens" will return to the small screen on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
