From being set in a sorority house in Wallace University, the action in Fox's hit series shifts to a hospital owned by Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). The three Chanels (Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin and Emma Roberts) are all set to begin their training to become future doctors but despite the new setting, it seems they all can't stay away from coordinated ensembles and unexplained deaths.

In the 41-second promo clip titled "Just What the Doctor Ordered," Zayday appears to be doing her usual routine in the hospital as a medical student. She later breaks out into a scream before the teaser shows the three Chanels wearing their signature matching dresses. Dean Munsch welcomes someone into her hospital, which she describes as a place "where the incurable is cured." She may be enthusiastic about her new endeavor, but Dr. Brock Holt (John Stamos) looks uninterested as he keeps checking his phone during a consultation. While the group waited for him to assist a bandaged patient, the doctor handled some important matters. "Sorry, I'm just finishing up a text," he said. "And... send."

Meanwhile, the trailer also included a quick look at Lea Michele's return now that she will be "Hannibal Hester." Similar to Brock, Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner) also gave a less-than-comforting line when he said: "Everyone freaks out when they get wheeled in here."

Joining the cast for guest starring roles include James Earl, who plays the character of Candy Striper, along with actors Jerry O'Connell and Colton Haynes in roles which are yet to be revealed.

Tune in to "Scream Queens" season 2 which premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20. at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
