The tension between Emma and Audrey escalates because of the killer while Maggie and Acosta fear of the past catching up with them in the upcoming episode of MTV's slasher horror series "Scream" season 2.

Last week's episode "The Orphanage" saw the start of a conflict between Emma and Audrey. Emma was infuriated because Audrey didn't let her know that she brought Piper to Lakewood. Audrey confronts Noah about the e-mail only to discover that he didn't send it. As they try to figure out who was responsible, Audrey suspected Zoe but Noah asked her to talk go ask Emma instead.

According to Cartermatt, the upcoming episode will see the tension between Emma and Audrey escalate further as the killer pushes them apart. It is probably the killer's strategy to divide the group first, pitting them against each other to easily manipulate them. Maggie and Acosta will find themselves in a difficult situation because some of their previous decisions are directly connected to the present. A person from their past might be back to haunt them and they must find a way to resolve it.

Meanwhile, Noah definitely cares for Zoe but it could be a problem for him this time. His feelings for her will be used against him, but it remains to be seen how much damage it will cause.  Since the episode titles are always inspired by a popular horror movie, the title of this episode is an homage to the hit 1980s psychological thriller "The Vanishing" which was directed by George Sluizer.

To give fans an insight of what's to come, the official synopsis for episode 10 reads:

"The killer drives a wedge between Audrey and Emma; Maggie and Acosta fear that secrets from their past may be threatening the present; and Noah's feelings for Zoe are used against him."

Keep tuning in to "Scream" season 2 which airs every Tuesday night at 10 p.m. EST on MTV.
