After an explosive premiere, "The Strain" season 3 now inches into the second episode, which will continue the action and excitement from the first episode.

When the series returns in the small screen with "Bad White," Eph (Corey Stoll) will seriously be thinking of taking the deal from the Master out of the desire to get him off his back and get his son back.

Of course, it won't be easy especially with the enemy requiring him to steal the Occido Lumen with Setrakian (David Bradley) and Quinlan's (Rupert-Penry Jones) on guard.

Eph will definitely see himself in a serious trouble whichever decision he goes through in "The Strain" season 3 episode 2, but fans don't expect him to cower with his son's life on the line.

He has to act fast, though. Zack is being made to see unspeakable horrors as he continues to wait for help. In the promo for the episode, he watched in terror to see his mom devouring a child his age.

Eph won't be the only one making big decisions in the next episode of "The Strain." Dutch (Ruta Gedmintas) is thinking about where she is safer. She only has two options.

First is to be in the company of her "old group of recently reunited friends" or to stay with her ex Fet (Kevin Durand), Eph and Setrakian. Clearly, choosing either one has its dangers.

"The Strain" season 3 episode 2 also suggests that Palmer (Jonathan Hyde) has found a way to steal Setrakian's secret strigoi blood treatments. Like Eph, he has a bargain with The Master, but it seems that he has the greater chances here.

Meanwhile, it appears that Councilwoman Justine Feraldo's (Samantha Mathis) and her staff will not be the same after "The Strain" season 3 episode 2. The promo suggested that everyone in the headquarters even her was infected by a strigoi that sneaks into the place.

"The Strain" season 3 episode 2 "Bad White" will premiere Sunday, Sept. 4, at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
