'American Horror Story' season 6 spoilers: Piggy Man's identity revealed; Taissa Farmiga spotted in 'Chapter 9' promo?
The latest episode of "American Horror Story" season 6 revealed that Kincaid Polk isn't the only Piggy Man on Roanoke.
In "Chapter 8," the morning after Lee (Adina Porter) and Audrey (Sarah Paulson) kicked Dominic (Cuba Gooding, Jr.) out to be viciously murdered by the real Piggy Man, they opened the door and came face to face with another Piggy Man. This one took his mask off and revealed himself to be none other than Dylan (Wes Bentley), one of the "My Roanoke Nightmare" re-enactors.
Because the episode ended right after this reveal, "American Horror Story" fans will have to wait until next week to find out how Dylan ended up wandering around the haunted house in a pig mask. For now, it can only be assumed that "My Roanoke Nightmare" producer Sidney (Cheyenne Jackson) sent Dylan, and perhaps other actors from the faux documentary, to scare the participants in the reality series "Return to Roanoke: Three Days In Hell." It also remains to be seen how Dylan has managed to survive, what with the Butcher and other murderous ghosts roaming the property.
Now that there's just one more episode before the big "American Horror Story" season 6 finale, these and many other questions are left to be answered. There is also the question of when viewers will see the returning "AHS" cast members that co-creator Ryan Murphy has teased.
But eagle-eyed viewers may have already spotted "American Horror Story" alum Taissa Farmiga, whose return for "American Horror Story: Roanoke" was confirmed by Murphy last month.
In the promo for next week's "Chapter 9," fans zoomed in on a girl with long brown hair, suggesting that this is the character Farmiga will play. The promo featured three young hikers or campers with film equipment in what appears to be a nod to the cult favorite "The Blair Witch Project" (1999).
Fans will have to wait until next week to find out how these three new characters stumble upon the main cast, but it seems likely that not all of them will make it out of the woods alive.
"American Horror Story" season 6 airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
