Android 7.0 Nougat update release date news: Moto X Style, Moto X Play, Moto G4 Plus, Moto Z, Moto G4 and Moto Z Force to get Android N update
Following the announcement of Google's Android Nougat operating system, a few smartphone manufacturers have already announced that several of their devices will get the software update anytime soon. The latest to announce is Motorola, which has said to roll out the Android N update on various models such as Moto X Style, Moto X Play, Moto G4 Plus, Moto Z, Moto G4 and Moto Z Force.
Google has already released a preview version of the operating system; however, the company has yet to provide specific details with regard to the release of the software's full version. There are speculations suggesting that the American search engine company will finally roll out the Android Nougat OS by the end of the summer.
According to a report by Neurogadget, Google is currently polishing the new operating system to make sure it does not have that many issues once it is already available. The publication also suggested that Moto X Style, Moto X Play, Moto G4 Plus, Moto Z, Moto G4 and Moto Z Force will get the update before the year ends.
As of the moment, no report has emerged whether other Motorola devices such as Moto E (2015), Moto G (2nd Gen), Moto Maxx, Moto X Pure Edition, Moto X (2nd Gen), Moto G (3rd Gen), Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G, Moto X Force, Moto G Turbo, Maxx 2, DROID Turbo, Moto Turbo and Moto G Turbo Edition will get the new OS update or not.
Meanwhile, Digital Trends reported that the South Korean company, LG, has already suggested a Preview Program for LG G5 users in their home country to try the new operating system from Google. LG G5 owners are given the opportunity to receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update before its official release. However, the program only has limited slots so fans are advised to register now.
