When Jane finds out about Sandstorm's scheme in the ninth episode of the season, which is titled "Why Let Cooler Pasture Deform," the heroine will attempt to send a secret message to Kurt Weller's (Sullivan Stapleton) team. Jane will inform the team about Sandstorm's plan to attack. However, her risks and efforts might all go to waste when her brother Roman (Luke Mitchell) discovers what she is about to do. Is her brother going to be loyal to her?

As revealed by the teaser for episode 9, Jane and Roman will be walking side by side into an empty room, where the latter will point a gun at the former. Meanwhile, Shepherd (Michelle Hurd) could be heard saying, "It's time to say goodbye."

Many aren't convinced that the lead character will be killed off; hence, rumor has it that either Roman or Shepherd will be dead in the forthcoming episode. When shots are fired, Jane's screams are still heard, as shown in the trailer.

The clip started with Nas Kamal (Archie Panjabi) notifying the team that she spent the past six years of her life trying to defeat and capture Sandstorm. "I dedicated the past six years to catching Sandstorm. After today, everything changes," she revealed.

In addition, Kurt and Ali (Trieste Kelly Dunn) will be having a tough time in the episode when the latter gets into an accident. When Kurt tells Zapata (Audrey Esparza) what happened, Zapata will become worried about their baby. But even Kurt still doesn't know the rest of the details. Nevertheless, viewers can still expect Kurt to be part of the task force against Sandstorm.

"Blindspot" season 2 episode 9 will premiere on NBC on Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. EST.
