'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' update introduces new specialist character models
Good news for those who are into "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" as they can enjoy the new updates made for the game.
The first-person shooter game is still being played by many since its release back in late 2015 and one of its developers, Treyarch, is making sure that new content is available to keep the users engaged and entertained.
In a statement released on their offical community board, it's been revealed the new upgrade will feature some new characters for users to enjoy.
However, the release of all the characters will be done in waves, so that would give players time to familiarize themselves.
At the moment, some of these characters are present in the "Black Ops 3" character roster.
To further boost interest in the latest in-game changes, Treyarch announced a weekly in-game event called "Specialist Bribes."
The developers are giving users three weeks to get a "Specialist" themed item in the drops from the Black Market. These items are bound to refresh and change every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Treyarch revealed information on these drops, saying: "The Specialist Bribes will appear in the order in which they're found in-game, which means that we'll kick things off with Ruin, Outrider, and Prophet this week."
Furthermore, these "Specialist Bribes" will come in different shapes and sizes, ranging from new themes, new taunts and gestures and even character models from all Black Market releases to date.
For PlayStation 4 users, a new patch was also made available to download, as reported by GearNuke.
However, this download will only help improve security in the game, as well as clean some quick bugs in the multiplayer version.
One of the most anticipated games of 2015, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" got generally favorable reviews from different wevsites, with IGN giving it 9.2/10, while GamesRadar scored it a 9/10.
The game is available on various consoles including PlayStation 3 and 4, as well as Xbox One and Xbox 360.
