'Clash of Clans' December update: Supercell previews update, teases three Clashmas gifts
Supercell has finally provided a preview of what the highly anticipated "Clash of Clans" Christmas update arriving in the coming days will entail.
The developer said that the foremost thing it wants to do via the update is to bolster and distinguish Town Hall 11 attacks.
This paves the way to a change in the attack levels of some troops, which means that with the "Clash of Clans" December update, they will be much more resilient on their offense department all the while drawing the line between Town Hall 11 and Town Hall 10 gameplay.
The following changes include Barbarian King levels 41–45, Archer Queen levels 41–45, Hog Rider at level 7, Golem level 6, Poison Spell level 5, Wall level 12 and Wizard Tower level 10 at TH 11.
The "Clash of Clans" December update for Clan Castle level 7 attack boost is deemed "critical" for Supercell as it basically allocates donations of greater Spells such as Rage and Freeze.
Through the "Clash of Clans" Christmas update, the Wizard Tower level 10 is now at Town Hall 11 while the Wizard Tower level 9 will be on Town Hall 10.
"Late-game Wizard Towers fall a bit behind other, better-established defenses. This level boost especially affects tower hitpoints," Supercell explained.
Upgrade discounts care of the "Clash of Clans" December update include Barbarian King levels 31–40, Archer Queen levels 26–40, Wall levels 10–11, Wizard Tower levels 3–9, Clan Castle levels 5–6, and all levels of the Hog Rider and Golem.
The Christmas update is also bringing new 15m and 30m options for Friendly War challenges. It will also reduce the Clan Mail cooldown reduced from half a day to only an hour. Additionally, fans can now expect better organized Builder Suggestions.
One more thing to expect in the "Clash of Clans" December update is the new Events tab, which players can check daily for in-game special events.
Supercell is also giving "Clash of Clans" players three Christmas gifts. The first one will be unwrapped this week. Exactly when that will take place remains to be seen.
