The release of extra content will no longer be a problem for Bungie in "Destiny 2" as the developer is looking to set that right with the sequel.

Bungie has taken into account the grumbles of fans and will make sure they will be rectified in the new game. As far as new content goes, the developer approaches the development with a plan.

"The incredible demand for Destiny content has somewhat outpaced our ability to deliver upon that demand," Activision publishing head Eric Hirshberg stated via VG247.

"And going forward along with our partners at Bungie, have put together what we believe is a very smart approach that will allow us to deliver the steady stream of great content to keep our players engaged and keep our universe alive and growing in the wake of that sequel," he continued.

This is just one of the many changes that Bungie will implement in "Destiny 2." Among many others include its jump to the personal computer (PC) and the easier access to raid matchmaking.

The game is expected to finally make this happen without players being required to have five friends on their list who will have to be available all at the same time to be able to tackle the raids.

"Destiny 2" is likely to finally allow players to invite other strangers or non-friends interested in a raid. According to PCGamesN, this could be put into practice in two forms.

One could be in the way of multiplayer-like matchmaking, which is already implemented in Strikes in "Destiny" and the other is a group system where players can find interested in the raid.

"Destiny 2" is also expected to feature new playspaces or play-in destinations that will keep players busy instead of being idle.

"Destiny 2" will be released fall next year on the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
