'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' DLC update has Super Trunks card included; new Broly raid out on Jan. 2
Two new characters' raids will soon be released in the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" downloadable content (DLC) pack, which is set to come out next month. Bandai Namco also confirmed the fighters to be included in the DLC such as SSGSS Vegito, Zamazu, Goku Black and more.
The upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC is expected to allow variations for Future Trunks since the first update gave variations for SSGSS Goku and Hit. Trunks is a vital character in the story arc of Goku Black since he was seen to have transformed into a Super Saiyan. This has led the fans to expect that they would get the same transformation in the DLC pack.
Players who purchased the game's deluxe edition were able to play Future Trunks before he was released. Those who have the season pass, priced at $29.99, can also unlock Future Trunks. Hit was first thought to come to the game via a DLC, but it eventually discovered that he can be unlocked after gathering all the seven Dragon Balls in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2."
Aside from Future Trunks, two new characters' raids are to be included in the upcoming DLC pack. Bandai Namco may have hinted the raids as that of Hit and Broly, as seen on the "Dragon Ball" official website.
The raid quest of Hit has already been released on Dec. 27, in which fans were able to receive items such as Hercule's Badge, Super Souls and nicknames, depending on the level of damage they had on Hit.
Those who got 5,000 damage got the nickname "Slayer" while players who got 50,000 damage received the Super Soul that says "I'm over 1000 years old." Finally, those who got 100,000 are called "Executioner." Each of the player was given 30 TP Medals if Hit was taken down at level 99. For a team of six players, 30 TP Medals were given upon nailing the coffin.
The Broly raid, on the other hand, is set on Jan. 2. Players will also get a Hercule's badge, Super Soul and nickname, depending on how much damage they have dealt with Broly.
