Duggar Family '19 Kids and Counting' News: Jill Duggar Now on Her Second Trimester of Pregnancy
The new season of the hit TV reality show "19 Kids and Counting" couldn't get any more exciting now that the Duggar family's eldest daughter, Jill, got married to Derick Dillard last June 21 and the couple is now expecting their first baby.
The storyline for this season has moved so much around Jill and her husband as they plan their future and slowly move away from the Duggar family.
Jim Bob still cannot believe that her eldest daughter is leaving them for good. "I myself have really grown to really like and love Derick, but actually giving my little baby daughter away to him ... I just can't believe it," Jim Bob said in an interview with TLC.
On moving in to their new house, Derick jokingly told E! News, "I'm really appreciative of my future siblings-in-law because by today, we've got all these movers and they're not charging us by the hour. With Jill having 18 brothers and sisters, it's definitely a perk having so much help so readily available."
In an interview with People, Jill was very excited to share details about her pregnancy. "I can't believe I'm finally showing. It's such an exciting time, and I'm so happy to be close to my family – my mom and sisters."
Meanwhile, Derick recently shared an Instagram photo of Jill's pregnancy with a caption "Our baby is now the size of a fuzzy sweet Georgia peach!", proudly announcing that his wife is now on her second trimester.
We recall the couple announcing the pregnancy just two months after the wedding, with Jill explaining that "every life is precious no matter how young."
