'Fairy Tail' chapter 515 spoilers: Is Erza the daughter of Acnologia?
Chapter 514 of Hiro Mashima's popular manga "Fairy Tail" just arrived, and it shared to the readers a detailed background on the past of Irene Belserion and Erza Scarlet. The chapter also raised some interesting questions and mind-boggling possibilities, which made fans more excited about the release of the 515th chapter of "Fairy Tail."
As reported by Game N Guide, Irene Belserion revealed herself to be the former Queen of the Dragons 400 years ago and that she used to be the reigning Queen of the Kingdom in the land of Ishgar. In order to save humans in their continent from the western dragons, she decided to enchant herself with dragon power. Hence, she became the first dragon slayer and the inventor of the Dragon Slayer Magic.
Spoilers reveal that for the upcoming "Fairy Tail" chapter 515, it will be revealed just how Irene and Erza are related and why Irene desperately wants to eliminate her own daughter.
According to News Everyday, fans have speculated that as Irene was dragonizing while she was pregnant with Erza, her daughter developed antibodies. This could be the possible reason why Irene is not able to fully dragonize and why she is no longer a Dragon Slayer. It could also be the explanation why Erza is immune to dragon magic.
There are also speculations surrounding Erza's paternity, and the answer to this mystery may be hinted further in chapter 515. Aside from Igneel, fans have theorized that Acnologia could also be the true father of the Dragon Princess. There were suggestions that Irene and Acnologia could have been lovers in the distant past. The upcoming installment of the manga may also feature Erza meeting Acnologia for the very first time.
"Fairy Tail" chapter 515 titled "I Am You... You are Me" is set to arrive in Japan on Dec. 28.
