'General Hospital' spoilers news: Sam reveals pregnancy secret; Jason to propose to Sam?

There is good news for all the fans who love Jason and Sam in "General Hospital." After many trials and a long time separation, the two may finally have their own happy ending. But of course, it won't be a soap opera without some major drama.

Now that Sam is pregnant with Jason's child again, she is quite excited about what's in store for them. However, she is hesitant to reveal to Jason about her unexpected pregnancy because of the malaria case that broke out on Cassadine Island in Greece. In fact, Jason was already diagnosed with it but has been treated already.

Sam has still to find out, though, if she has contracted the disease. That is why she decided to keep things as a secret until results come out. But since Jason will sense that Sam is hiding something, she will be forced to reveal the good news.

Spoilers reveal that Jason will be feeling mixed emotions. He is happy to know that they are having a baby, but at the same time, worried for Sam's and the baby's health if the test results for malaria comes out positive. Jason's happiness exceeds his worry, and he will tell Sam that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Does this mean that Jason will propose to Sam? Will the two get to tie the knot again and live as a family peacefully?

If so, fans of the JaSam love team will be delighted. Meanwhile, Morgan and Kiki are going to hit a rough patch in their relationship. Of course, Ava will take advantage of the situation and will try to involve Dillon into a plan to once and for all break things up between Morgan and Kiki. But spoilers teased that Dillon will not be easily swayed by Ava's offer. He might even decline taking part in any of her schemes.

Franco and Liz will also be talking and after trying to work things out, the two will finally reach an agreement. Liz will also be getting some support from Franco. Things will be light between them. But will they be able to really pursue a good relationship together?
