'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Silas Find Out About Nina's Deep, Dark Secret?

Fans of "General Hospital" are in for a surprise this week as shocking revelations are made and the conflict between Sonny and Franco worsens. Both are planning revenge against each other, so fans are wondering what is to come out of this worsening feud. Will one of them turned up dead?

This week, we also found Franco and Silas arguing about Nina, Franco's wife. The wife, on the other hand, blackmailed Rosalie the nurse, threatening to expose her secret. The walls are closing in on Nina and she has no choice but to protect her reputation, as people are on the verge of finding out how much of a fraud she has been.

After discovering that Nina could actually walk on her own, Silas suspects that he has more secrets to find out about her sister.

Meanwhile, Nikolas and Britt does an intimate talk about their relationship, deciding whether or not it is time to make it official. However, all hell may breaks loose as Nikolas finds out that it was Britt who helped Spencer organize the kidnapping.
