'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' release date, latest news: Sean Gunn shares details about film
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is one of the most anticipated superhero movies that will be arriving next year and more details are slowly being revealed about the upcoming film.
Sean Gunn, one of the actors in the movie, has given some details about how "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will start during the recently concluded Heroes & Villains Fan Fest. For those who are unfamiliar with the character he is playing, his role will be the right hand of Yondu, Kraglin. According to reports, the actor has mentioned that the film will begin with Yondu having trouble with some of the members of the Ravagers.
After the events of the first film where Peter Quill double-crossed Yondu by not giving the Power stone and replacing it with a Troll Doll instead, the Ravagers are not so sure about the loyalty of Yondu. Sean Gunn explained, "There's a little rumbling amongst the Ravagers, like, 'Where does Yondu's allegiance lay here? Is he going soft on Quill? So, the Ravagers have to make a decision of what they're gonna do about Yondu and I think Kraglin is a key part of that."
Furthermore, Sean Gunn has also shared some details regarding the Easter Egg that could not be found in the Blu-ray version of "Guardians of the Galaxy." Fans are already getting upset about it since the director, James Gunn, does not want to reveal it. There are some fans who are saying that the Easter Egg does not exist and that James Gunn is just trolling.
Sean Gunn also stated his opinion about it during the event saying, "I feel like I should just take your $20 and then just make something up, but you see fans get crazy because these things that people want to know sooo badly, a lot of times my brother [James Gunn] tells me these things...and I just forget them because they're not all that important to me."
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is slated to be released on May 5, 2017 in cinemas.
