Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin news: Paltrow shares photo of Martin reuniting with their son Moses on Thanksgiving

Actress/food writer Gwyneth Paltrow recently shared a Thanksgiving photo showing her ex-husband Chris Martin reuniting with their 10-year-old son Moses for the holiday.

"Here is to reunions, togetherness, family and love love love," the Goop founder captioned the snap. "Happy thanksgiving eve, everyone. Love, gp," the photo read.

The Instagram pic showed the Coldplay frontman and Moses sharing a big hug, with the little boy's arms wrapped tightly around his dad.

Us Weekly reported that Martin had just returned to the U.S. from a trip to India, where Coldplay had performed at the Global Citizen Festival.

Paltrow and Martin have reportedly been working hard in the last couple of years to maintain the family's tight bond despite having decided to split up in 2014. The former couple married in 2003 and announced their separation after almost 12 years of being together. They reached a divorcement settlement in May and have been co-parenting their two children — Moses and his 12-year-old sister Apple — despite not always living in the same city.

In June, Paltrow spoke about the end of her decade-long marriage to Martin and revealed that while their separation has been difficult, she is proud of how they have grown as an ex-couple and as a family.

"I'm very proud of it. I'm very proud of us," she told the audience at Cannes Lion. "As anybody who has been divorced knows, you have to put aside quite a lot to maintain that commitment to stay a family for the sake of the children," she added.

"Sometimes that's quite tough on a personal level," she admitted, "but it's a commitment I make every day to my children — that I adore their father and that we're in a family even though we're not in a romantic relationship."

Since their split, Paltrow and Martin have dated other people. Paltrow has been in a relationship with "Glee" co-creator Brad Falchuk since 2014 while Martin has been linked to actresses Annabelle Wallis and Jennifer Lawrence.
