Chin's (Daniel Dae Kim) niece finally returns to his life, but their reunion won't be a happy one in the upcoming episode of the hit CBS procedural drama "Hawaii Five-0" season 7.

Titled "Ka'ili aku (Snatchback)," this week's  episode will see the Five-0 take on yet another dangerous mission. According to the official synopsis for episode 11, Five-0 must race against the clock as they head to Mexico. Chin discovers that Sara (Londyn Silzer) was kidnapped, and he will stop at nothing to find and rescue her. Returning guest stars for the midseason finale include George Takei as Chin's Uncle Choi and Duane "Dog" Chapman as himself.

As noted by TV Guide, the episode will feature a special birthday celebration for Chin. However, the party comes to an abrupt halt when the officer receives terrible news that Sara has been kidnapped in Mexico, where she currently resides with her adoptive parents. Along with the rest of the Five-0 crew, Chin immediately travels to Mexico in an attempt to save her before its too late.

Kim recently caught up with the publication, and he explained why Chin is very close to his young niece. He also revealed why his character is willing to risk his life to help Sara. "Chin hasn't had love in his life in a while, and it seems to have taken a new form in this little girl," the actor said. "Sara represents something he's never had in his life. He's never had to take care of someone other than the family that's Five-0," he went on to say.

Chin already knows about Sara's other relatives being tied to local drug dealers, but when the real reason behind her kidnapping comes to light, it won't be something anyone in the force could have expected. Towards the end of the midseason finale, Chin is forced to make a difficult decision that could have serious long-term repercussions not only for him and Sara, but for the Five-0 family as well.

The seventh season of "Hawaii Five-0" airs every Friday night at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
