Nate (Billy Brown) might be involved in Wes' (Alfred Enoch) murder. Meanwhile, Connor (Jack Falahee) and Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) looks up Annalise's (Viola Davis) phone memory at the night of the fire.

In the upcoming 13th episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3 titled "It's War," Annalise and Bonnie (Liza Weil) begin a war against the district attorney's office.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode reads: "After being robbed of her power, Annalise makes it her mission to take down DA Denver and ADA Atwood (Milauna Jackson). Meanwhile, Asher (Matt McGorry), Connor, Michaela (Aja Naomi King), Laurel (Karla Souza) and Oliver continue to wrestle with the weight of Wes' unsolved murder."

In the episode promo, Connor convinces Oliver to restore the data from Annalise's phone. Could the two find something that connects Annalise to Wes' murder?

Meanwhile, the previous episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 3, titled "Go Cry Somewhere Else," sparked speculations that Nate may be involved in Wes' murder because he was the last person to see Wes alive, and it was recorded that he requested for Wes' body to be moved.

However, during an interview with Variety, Brown talked about who might be framing his character.

Brown explained that his character believes that whoever is framing him is an amateur because "that they could neatly sign his signature on what would otherwise be primary evidence to be admitted to court and not have one of Philly's best detectives figure out who the hell is f–king with him."

Brown added that this piece of evidence will only push Nate in trying to figure out who really killed Wes and why he's being framed for it.

"How to Get Away With Murder" season 3 airs every Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
