'How to Get Away with Murder' season 3 episode 8 spoilers: Body under the sheet could be a red herring

Bonnie, Oliver, and almost all of the Keating 5 have been accounted for, except for one. Will the next episode of "How to Get Away with Murder" finally reveal where Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) is? | YouTube/ABC Television Network

There is just one episode left between now and the promised big reveal in episode 9. ABC's mystery legal drama has begun stacking the clues sky high, leading to one explosive twist that could change the show's core dynamics for good.

"How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 will consist of 15 episodes, and the ninth one is when everything starts spiraling down for series protagonist Annalise Keating (Viola Davis). With only one Keating 5 unaccounted for, fans' anxiety levels over whose body ends up under the white sheet are already reaching extreme peaks.

Will the upcoming episode 8 assure fans that Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) is safely tucked far away from Annalise's house? Or will episode 9 reveal him to be the burned corpse under the white sheet?

Screener has a very interesting speculation about who might end up dead two weeks from the present timeline. The online news outlet theorized that the cast could be setting the audience up for an eventual red herring with claims of the big reveal being "heartbreaking and jaw-dropping," thereby making everyone think that a major character may be bidding farewell to the show.

But since "How to Get Away with Murder" is a show that gets unpredictable when one lest expects it to, someone totally unexpected may be under the sheet all along. But does revealing who died in the fire at Annalise's house really matter more than what actually led to this particular plot turn?

In a previous interview with Screener, actress Aja Naomi King who plays Michaela Pratt told Screener that things could still go sideways for everybody else as the definitive night moves along and that nobody was really safe in a show like theirs.

"There's so much more that's going to happen that ha s not been teased yet," King said, further adding that the mystery of the body under sheet may not even turn out to be the core issue at the end of the day.

And while the end of episode 7 posed a dozen questions about Wes Gibbins' (Alfred Enoch) betrayal of Annalise, episode 8 also promises to add another pile of questions about Frank Delfino's (Charlie Weber) return and how this could impact Annalise's interactions with the Keating 5, especially with Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza).

Titled, "No More Blood," the next episode of "How to Get Away with Murder" airs on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC. The promo specifically advises viewer discretion.
