Pangu is still being quiet with no jailbreak for any of the iOS updates that Apple has rolled out recently. At this point, the American tech company has the iOS 10.2 Beta 7 already out, which is now running for developers and will presumably roll out publicly soon.

Given this, a lot of Jailbreak users who would wish to get their hands on the latest operating system of Apple have resorted to alternatives. There are others readily available online such as Cydia and TweakBox, which are deemed to be the next most reliable thing to Pangu.

For Cydia, a step-by-step upgrade method to hack the iOS 10.2 beta version has been released online, which users can follow. It is important to note before starting, however, that one should use the most compatible jailbreak tool depending on what kind of device and model will be subjected to the software upgrade.

On top of that, those who feel that they are already knowledgeable in tweaking their smart Apple gadgets can resort to older iterations of jailbreak tools released by Pangu. This specific method, however, could be a bit more complicated which also makes it riskier in terms of unintentionally changing something in the current operating software's program.

Meanwhile, rumor has it that the notorious Chinese programming team has already cracked in the complex codes of Apple's iOS 10, but there are still no signs of them dropping a tool anytime soon. Then again, the Cupertino-based company has also been ramping up their campaign against these hackers especially with the more frequent update releases when iOS 10 hit the market.

Regardless, Apple has advised its users to at least upgrade to iOS 10 for all their devices for security reasons. And with Pangu subjectively left behind in terms of updates they need to roll out to be at par with the iPhone makers, some analysts predict that they may be skipping some versions to catch up faster.
