9to5mac reports that Apple's iOS 10.3 beta is now available for registered developers and public beta testers so that they can try out its new features such as Find My AirPods support, Find My iPhone app, Wi-Fi Calling for iCloud-connected devices, and CarPlay improvements.
It has also been confirmed that the new iOS 10.3 will eventually allow developers to respond to app reviews, request for a system-wide app review, and engage in iCloud Analytics.
Another exciting feature of the iOS 10.3 beta is enabling a 3D Touch forecast of the Weather in the device's Maps app. Even Siri gets a few enhancements in terms of cricket scores and the International Cricket Council.
The list of new features goes on, and it will continue to be updated by Apple.
Meanwhile, the recently launched iOS 10.2.1 update reportedly fixed the problem that iPhone 6 and 6S users, in which their device turns off at random, even though their battery indicatiors show that they still have enough power to them.
According to TechCrunch, some iPhone 6 and 6S users experience their phones shutting down randomly, which roots from a battery malfunction that can result from sudden spikes of activity.
Apple provided a repair program to address this issue, but the new iOS 10.2.1 update automatically takes care of it.
Because of the iOS 10.2.1 update, iPhone 6S users have reported an 80 percent decrease in random shutdowns, while iPhone 6 users experience a 70 percent decline. Aside from the fix, the new iOS update also alerts the user when it is time to replace their battery.
The iOS 10.3 beta is currently available for registered developers and public beta testers.
