Kate Middleton Pregnant Latest News: Kate to Return to 'Royal Duties' After Morning Sickness Issues
Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, more popularly known as Kate Middleton, is to return to her royal duties after being out of sight for three weeks because of pregnancy problems.
After having announced her pregnancy with her second child, Kate had to be pulled out from a number of appearances and had to rest for a while because of morning sickness. This included an official engagement in Oxford that she was not able to attend, as well as a tour in Malta on behalf of the Queen. Prince William had to stand in during her absence.
Reports say that the Duchess is suffering from 'hyperemesis gravidarum", which is a severe form of morning sickness that results in nausea, vomitting, weight loss and dehydration.
Middleton was hospitalized during her first pregnancy for the same reasons.
Incredibly, the royal celebrity is ready to attend official engagements again this coming month. She is apparently feeling well enough to be back and start filling up the royal calendar.
A spokesperson for the palace said, "There will be engagements in October and November. We just haven't announced them yet."
At this time, the duchess has not been admitted to the hospital. However, she has been receiving medical attention at the Kensington Palace.
