The specs and images of the LG G4, LG's upcoming flagship phone, were recently leaked indicating that it will come with a 5.6-inch display. This will put it squarely in the phablet category when it is released sometime next month as expected.

The leaked image appeared to be not the final version yet and could still change. The rendering hinted that the LG G4 could come with a curved body and screen like the LG G Flex 2, but the curvature would be slight compared to the version on the Flex.

GSMArena noted that the LG G4 appears to be curved when viewed from the back, but the curvature is not visible from the side.

Last January, a leak pointed towards the LG G4 with model number LG-VS999 having a resolution of 2880 x 1620 pixels and set for launching through Verizon. This could mean that Verizon is planning to launch a version of the LG G4 with better specs and screen density to gives itself an edge over other carriers.

Coming to the specs of the device, the leaks showed that it will have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC along with 3GB of RAM. As for its camera, it will reportedly have a 16 megapixel version at its rear and a wide angle lens on its front-facing camera.

The smartphone will also reportedly come with a fingerprint sensor.
