Netflix is yet to make "Longmire" season 6 official, but there are already plot expectations of what the new season will be all about.

According to IGN, the fifth season of the series ended in a way that Vic (Katee Sackhoff) and Walt (Robert Taylor) can still get together especially with the latter calling it quits with Donna (Ally Walker).

Of course, the complication of the former's pregnancy remains. In fact, it could make or break potential romance between the two in "Longmire" season 6.

Vic and Walt have always been rumored to get together at some point on the show and it appears that the previous season may have set that up by delving more into the sexual tension they share.

The two appear to be oblivious of such thought, but they are expected to finally listen to what their hearts have been telling them all this time in "Longmire" season 6.

However, CarterMatt suggests that although there is the possibility that Vic and Travis (Derek Phillips) might decide to be together for the child, this would defeat the purpose of her journey with Walt to some extent.

At the moment, it is a mystery what is next for Walt and Vic in "Longmire" season 6 in terms of their relationship, but the aforementioned site expects the sheriff to at least acknowledge the pregnancy.

With regards to the possibility of a "Longmire" season 6 renewal, the cliffhangers, the biggest of which sees Henry Standing Bear's (Lou Diamond Phillips) life in jeopardy, could help the show to secure another year.

IGN believes that the next season will likely be the final run of the series. The cliffhangers, although not as intense as the ones in season 5, could make fans want more, giving Netflix another reason to renew.

For now, fans will just have to wait what Netflix has planned.
