Michael Schumacher's former manager, Willi Weber, recently spoke up about the F1 racer's condition, and he claims the Schumacher family is "not telling the truth."

Speaking with German magazine Bunte, Weber criticized the racing champion's family for allegedly lying about Schumacher's real health condition. "For some time now, I've been saying that the Schumacher family is not telling the whole truth," Weber said (via The Sun). "It's time to pour pure wine for his millions of fans. But I'm biting on granite because for a long time my advice is no longer heard," Weber added.

Schumacher was critically injured after being in a terrible ski accident in the French Alps three years ago. He was then put in a medically-induced coma, with a 15-strong team of medical experts looking after him 24/7 while he recovers at his home in Geneva, Switzerland. Exact details about Schumacher's health have never been made public as requested by his family.

Back in December, it was reported that the medical bill for the seven-time world champion's care has already reached £13.8 million ($17.3 million). At the time, it was also reported that first pictures of the stricken racing legend had been smuggled out of his home by a money-hungry friend. The photos were reportedly offered to a European media outlet for a price near £1million ($1.3 million). Authorities are currently investigating the incident.

Meanwhile, F1 driver and Schumacher's good friend Sebastian Vettel was at Miami for the Race of the Champions event this week, and he spoke about how the 47-year-old inspired him to become the successful racer that he is now.

"We started this journey together, he was helping me out most the time in the beginning, and I was able to learn a lot from him," Vettel shared. "We would have loved to have him here, and our thoughts are with him," he went on to say.
